Shipping & Handling

Geographic Locations: Currently we are shipping orders to all 50 states in the U.S. as well as Canada, Puerto Rico and Guam.

Flat Rate & Free Shipping: Flat rate and free shipping offers are available only to retail customers located within the continental United States (excludes Alaska & Hawaii). With this offer, we reserve the right to choose the method of shipping.

Shipping Methods: Currently, Citrus Moon is utilizing the United States Postal Service and UPS for its shipping methods. Orders to Canadian customers are shipped via UPS. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam are shipped either USPS Priority or UPS. Orders that qualify for flat rate or free shipping are shipped via means selected by Citrus Moon.

Processing Times: Orders received between Monday and Thursday are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders which are received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays typically ship on the next business day.

Shipments to Canada: Canadian orders will be shipped by UPS Ground Canada. The actual shipping cost will be calculated and added during the checkout process by our web application and UPS tools.

Wholesale Shipments: Wholesale orders do not qualify for flat rate or free shipping. Actual shipping costs will be determined and added during the checkout process. The method of shipment for wholesale orders will either be UPS or Priority Mail.

Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Guam: Retail customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam will incur a flat rate charge of $10.00. Citrus Moon reserves the right to ship by the most economical means, however, the choice is usually USPS Priority mail.

Additional Information:
  • Orders may not be split and must be shipped to a single address.
  • To ensure safe delivery, we require that orders are shipped to a physical address.
  • Orders over $200.00 will ship via 'signature required' service.
  • We can only deliver to a P.O. Box using the United States Postal Service.
Customers Outside the U.S.: Duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and therefore are not the responsibility of Citrus Moon.

We stock a wide variety of quality African Soap, many of which are made in and imported from Africa. Imported African soaps include Dudu-Osun Black Soap, Amonche Black Soap, raw black soap and liquid black soap. African soaps which are not imported (made in the USA) are made using traditional African recipes while utilizing natural African ingredients such as Shea Butter, Cocoa, wild African honey, natural oils, coconut and more.
