Moroccan Lava Clay is a very fine clay that is harvested from deep below the Atlas Mountains in Morocco and has been used for centuries by the ancient people of Rome and Egypt. Moroccan Lava Clay, also known as Rhassoul, is a highly absorbent clay; very rich in minerals such as Silica, Magnesium, Iron, Calcium, Potassium and Sodium. It will exfoliate, detoxify, smooth and improve elasticity of the skin.

Rhassoul clay is used in the finest spas across the world and is appropriate for all skins types. Citrus Moon's Moroccan Lava Clay is particularly desirable for sensitive or mature skin.

Usage: For soft cleansing comfort, add about 3 ounces to warm bath water. To make a luxurious facial mask, mix a small amount of Citrus Moon Moroccan Lava Clay (Rhassoul) with water until a smooth creamy paste has been created. Apply a thin layer of the Lava Clay paste to your entire face using a cosmetic pad, brush or fingers while keeping it away from the eyes and mouth. Let the mask air dry for about 10-15 minutes before rinsing with warm water.
