French Yellow Clay is a two-layer phyllitous clay containing a high level of quartz. Many people suggest that quartz crystals have a very high level of energy. French Yellow Clay (Kaolin) is used in facial masks, poultices, body wraps and in bathwater.

The primary elements that make up French Yellow Clay are silica, iron, aluminum, potassium and magnesium. Quartz can be found in levels of approximately 20%.

Usage: Add 2-3 ounces of French Yellow Clay to water when bathing for a luxurious cleansing. To make a facial mask, slowly add warm water to a small amount of yellow clay in a glass, plastic, ceramic or stainless steel bowl. Mix in water until a creamy paste-like consistency has been achieved. Apply a thin layer of moistened clay to the face either using a cosmetic pad, brush or fingers (avoiding the mouth and eyes). Allow to air dry for 10-15 minutes (a little longer if necessary). Then simply remove the clay by washing with warm water.
